Hi Oscar!
It looks like your question got cut off, but if you are looking for a hitch that will fit your 2020 Toyota RAV4, we have you covered. Check out the B&W Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2" # BW47BR. This bolts on and requires no drilling, is American made, and since it comes in three pieces, it's on of the easier installs. At least in my opinion. The price is also hard to beat.
If you are planning on towing, you will also want to grab the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # C56434. This is plug and play, but you do need to run a wire to the battery for needed power.
If this is what you were looking for, what are you planning on using the hitch for? If it isn't what you were looking for, just let me know!

Highly recommend this B&W hitch receiver. Installed it myself (I'm 73) on my garage floor. My car is 2024 Rav4. Toyota provides threaded holes in the rear frame of the car, with weatherproof stickers covering the hole so the hitch bolts threaded in easily. The trickiest part of the install is getting a torque wrench into the narrow space on one side. From another eTrailer video, I saw how they used a dogbone extension on a torque wrench. Found one on Amazon and it worked perfectly.
