Hey Lloyd, thanks for the information! Since you have a Falcon All Terrain tow bar there's a couple of options for baseplates depending on what model your 2021 Jeep Cherokee is. I have listed them below:
2021 Jeep Cherokee Latitude, Latitude Plus, Limited, Lux, Altitude and North - Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit item # RM-521452-5
2021 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk, Trailhawk Elite, and Overland - Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit item # RM-521451-5

Another question, I purchased a used Brake Master 9400. I only got the main unit that goes in the towed car. i've attached some pics. What else would I need? I was reading about the RV monitoring unit, the ICX plug in, and break away.
