The Blue Ox Patriot # BLU37TR is the same thing as the BRK2022 and is the newest version of Blue Ox's Patriot Supplemental Braking System. This version is slightly smaller and weighs less than the BRK2019 model and will eventually have an app to help monitor the system that you can access from your smartphone.
