Question:
2026 Hyundai Santa Fe XRT that can tow up to 4500 lbs. What all do I need in the way of hitch and 7 pin wiring harness and will the Curt Echo work with this. The class III hitches only seem to go up to 4,000 lbs. Do you have a Class IV that will work? TIA

Hey Robert, for your 2026 Hyundai Santa Fe XRT the highest capacity hitch we offer is the Curt part # C37RV which is rated for towing up to 4,000 lb. Then to add a 7-way you would need the Curt # C48RV which would then allow you to use the Curt Echo Mobile part # C51180. The 7-way is still listed as a pre-order harness so it's not quite ready to order at the moment but it will be soon. Do you already have the vehicle or do you have it on order?

Hey Robert, did you end up getting the Santa Fe XRT and checking out that Curt hitch and 7-way wiring setup? Knowing how it worked with the Echo brake controller could really help others planning a similar tow setup. Your feedback would be great for anyone comparing hitch capacities on this vehicle.
