A tow package for your 2007 Hyundai Santa Fe could be a frame mounted trailer hitch and trailer wiring harness. If you have either or both of those two things you could pretty easily assume you have the tow package.

Another option you have is to take the VIN of your vehicle to a Hyundai dealer and they will be able to tell you.

If you end up having the tow package but do not have a hitch the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver item # 75471 that you looked at would be a great option.
