Question:
Looking to replace the tires on my jetski trailer. Current tire is a Carlisle Sport Trail LH, 5.30-12, 5 lug. Do you carry this tire? If not, whats the next closest option?

Hi Robby!
We definitely have options available for you, but we do not currently carry the Carlisle tires. That said, the 5.30-12 tire is fairly common and the following two options would be good replacements:
Taskmaster 5.30R12 Radial Trailer Tire - Load Range C - 21.9" Outer Diameter x 5.6" Wide # TT53012C
Kenda K353 Bias Trailer Tire - 5.30-12 - Load Range C - 21.57" Outer Diameter x 5.4" Wide # AM10066
I prefer radial tires as they run cooler and tend to last longer, but figured I would mention both options (it looked like the Carlisle is a bias tire). The closest "standard" sized tire to the 5.30-12 would be the 145/80-12 like the Kenda Karrier S-Trail ST145/R12 Radial Trailer Tire - Load Range E # AM10140. This is also a radial and measures 21.3" (outer diameter x 5.7" wide. It would also be a great option and probably the one I would go with.
Now these are all just the tire, so if you wanted them on a wheel, you could either go with the Kenda 5.30-12 Bias Trailer Tire with 12" Galvanized Wheel - 5 on 4-1/2 - Load Range C # AM30850 (it's the only one we currently have mounted on a galvanized wheel), or you would need to get a wheel separately for the Radial options. Something like the Americana Steel Spoke Trailer Wheel - 12" x 4" Rim - 5 on 4-1/2 - Galvanized Finish # AM20134 and the # AM93FV valve stem.
If you wanted to really upgrade though, we do have a few aluminum wheels in this size and I have a link for that attached as well.
This is quite a few parts, so if you have any questions, just let me know. And also, what kind of jet ski do you have? I've never been on one, but it's on my bucket list.

Hey Robby, how did the new tires work out for your jetski trailer? I’m curious if you went with one of the radial options or stuck with a bias tire. Your update could make it easier for others choosing between those styles.
