Question:
Looking at the Air Force One braking system for my 2019 F-150. My 2008 Fleetwood Discovery already has an air fitting on the hitch so do I need the whole Air Force One kit or is there a partial kit for just my truck? Thank you.

Hey Carl, if your 2008 Fleetwood Discovery on the Freightliner chassis came with BrakeSync then the Demco Air Force One Supplemental Braking System for Freightliner # DM23MV is the only components you need for the vehicle being flat towed. The chassis already has the components installed for the Air Force One. Our understanding is that BrakeSync didn't come out till 2020 though.
If you do not have the BrakeSync on your chassis the Demco SBS Coach Air Kit for Air Force One Supplemental Braking System # SM99627 is the RV side of the Demco Air Force One Supplemental Braking System # SM99243.

Hey Carl, did you find out whether your Fleetwood Discovery has the BrakeSync system? Knowing that would help confirm which Air Force One kit you actually need for your F-150. Your update could make it easier for others setting up a similar tow setup.
