Coupler Lock that Fits Head of Demco EZ Latch Actuator DA75

Updated 12/08/2025 | Published 11/15/2025

Question:

How do you lock a DA75 - it is far too wide for any normal lock. In the past, i could put a simple lock thru the ball locking handle. The DA75 seems to just have holes thru the side but too small for any lock i have. Is my ony option a lock which includes a ball and frame going over the unit preventing a ball from being inserted?

Hey Michael, we actually have a coupler lock from InfiniteRule that was designed to fit the cast heads of the Demco DA75 actuators like the part # DM33CV with the part # IR66FR. This is the correct length pin to fit the head of the DA75 and prevent the latch from being opened. This also will allow you to lock the coupler to your hitch ball when parked as well.

Hey Michael, how did the InfiniteRule lock work out with your DA75 coupler? It sounds like it should have solved the issue with the latch holes being too small for standard locks. Your feedback could help others trying to secure the same actuator.
