I spoke with my contact at Kodiak regarding the Replacement Mounting Bracket for Kodiak Disc Brake Caliper # KCMB138HRD referenced in your question. He stated that for Grade 5 bolts, you will want to torque to 85 ft lbs. For Grade 8 bolts you will torque to 120 ft lbs.

This bracket is designed for calipers on disc brakes with 1-piece hub-and-rotor assemblies and 8,000 pound axles.
