A smooth ride starts with the right geometry. This kit pairs two 1-1/2" tall front hangers with two 1-1/4" tall rear hangers, giving the suspension the correct rake and keeping your 2,000-lb to 7,000-lb single axle steady under load. The setup helps maintain good shackle angle and even weight transfer so your trailer tracks straight and rides predictably across rough pavement or dirt roads.
Everything you need to mount your double-eye leaf springs is here. The kit includes four 3-1/8" long shackle straps, six 3" long x 9/16" diameter shackle bolts, and six 9/16" diameter locknuts. With these matched components, your springs connect firmly to the frame for a tight, quiet suspension that holds alignment mile after mile.
Getting the right stance matters for handling and clearance. Depending on axle size, this kit positions your axle to achieve 4" or 4-1/2" of space between the trailer frame and the axle. That keeps the suspension moving freely without bottoming out and leaves room for accessories or plumbing below the frame.
The hangers are designed for weld-on installation, giving you a fixed mount that won’t shift under stress. Bolt holes at the top are for button welds, not bolts, so once they’re welded, the geometry stays locked in. Simple dimensions—24-7/8" center-to-center for standard 25-1/2" springs or about 25-3/4" for longer 26" springs—make setup straightforward before final welding.

First I want to thank you for NOT sending out a review question 2 days after shipping the product !
Everything for my new springs came in a timely manner and were as advertised. I did have to call because the springs I ordered were too stiff. No problem I returned them and got the ones i should have ordered. Trailer rides much better than when it was new.
