Question:
I bought the Bropy tie downs. 2014 f250 super duty. Camper weighs 2480 dry. Everyone tells me its to big and its going to fall off. I need frame mount tie downs. What do you think.

Hey, Gregory!
That's a really good question. There are a few different factors I'll take into consideration when suggestion what way to go but If you strictly want to know my personal opinion, I prefer the camper tiedowns that are frame mounted like the ones from Torklift. They do come with a sizeable price tag but if you're going to be doing a lot of traveling and camping I really do think they are worth it.
Have you tried installing the Brophy ones you have now or did you take your truck somewhere to have them installed?

Hey Gregory, what ended up happening with the Brophy tie downs on your F-250? Did they hold up well with your camper or did you decide to switch to the TorkLift frame mounts? Your update could make it easier for others with similar setups.
