They sure will Matt! The Yakima SUPDawg Stand-Up Paddleboard Carrier w/ Tie-Downs item # Y04075 has a universal clamp on system that is compatible with crossbars up to 3-1/2" wide x 1-11/16" tall. Yakima HD Crossbars like the ones on item # Y01151-5855 measure 3" wide x 1-1/2" tall so you'll be good to go!
The Yakima SUPDawg item # Y04075 has a 66 lbs and measures 40-1/8" wide. You'll want to make sure you have your ladder rack uprights spread at least 24" apart.
