Will Electric Trailer Dolly From Parkit360 Work With 2021 Jayco Jay Flight SLX 195RB 4k lbs ?

Updated 10/20/2025 | Published 10/13/2025

Question:

I have a 2021 Jayco Jay Flight SLX 195RB that weighs around 4,000 lbs loaded. Will the Parkit360 Force handle that safely on my concrete driveway?

Russel, absolutely - the Force Electric Dolly # PA96VR is rated for trailers up to 5,000 lbs gross weight and 900 lbs tongue weight, so you’re right in its comfort zone. It works great on firm, level surfaces like concrete and can even handle gentle slopes up to 6% grade. Just make sure your coupler is the standard overslung type mounted above the frame; this trailer dolly is not compatible with the underslung Atwood couplers on some Jayco Jay Flight and other models. If you don't have that specific coupler, you'll be fine.

If you can check this and let me know, I'll verify fitment for you.

Mine does have the Atwood underslung coupler you mentioned. Is there any way to make that work, or am I out of luck?

@Russel Hey, so the Atwood underslung couplers sit too low for the Force’s hitch ball connection, so unfortunately the solution is to get the Telescopic Frame Adapter from parkit360. This allows you to attach to the trailer frame instead of the coupler. Your best bet for a solution from us would be swapping to a standard A-frame coupler, which is a pretty straightforward bolt-on change if you want to keep using your dolly without an adapter. Would you like me to send over a couple coupler options that fit your Jay Flight’s tongue size?
