It sure will Russel. The Parkit360 Force Electric Trailer Dolly item # PA96VR has a 5,000 lbs capacity. It's going to work great with your Jayco Jay Flight SLX 195RB. It also has both a 2" and 2-5/16" hitch ball included.

What kind of ground are you going to be moving your trailer and how far do you have to go?

@JerredH Used the parkit360 today to park trailer in its winter spot gravel pad in back yard , had to move it on grass did work well had a few wheel spins when in low but found out it was better in high speed , more momentum to keep it going past small dips in yard . Total about 300 ft battery held out well . Did cut down coupler to 18" worked good trailer was more level and still had good clearance for wheels . Might consider getting 3rd wheel adapter to make it easier to get back to front .

Yes. If you don't need the weight distribution bars attached to carry the trailer to storage, you can absolutely use just the WD hitch head and ball to tow the trailer. It will work just like a ball mount.
