It sure will Russel. The Parkit360 Force Electric Trailer Dolly item # PA96VR has a 5,000 lbs capacity. It's going to work great with your Jayco Jay Flight SLX 195RB. It also has both a 2" and 2-5/16" hitch ball included.
What kind of ground are you going to be moving your trailer and how far do you have to go?
