Question:

Looking for a Base Plate and Wiring for a 2011 Jeep Liberty. No Rockguard and skid plate. Looking at the BX1976 and HM56204. Also looking for the 4pin round connecter that installs to the Base Plate. Is there any thing else that we need?

Hey John!

The Blue Ox Base Plate Kit # BX1976 and Hopkins Custom Tail Light Wiring Kit # HM56204 are great starts to the parts needed for your 2011 Jeep Liberty.

For wiring with a 4-Way round we have the Roadmaster 7-Wire to 4-Wire Flexo-Coil Kit # RM-164-7, but it looks like you'll need the Battery Disconnect Kit # RM-766 and potentially the Charge Line Kit # RM-156-25 (if your brake kit pulls power from your Jeep battery), so the Roadmaster 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Kit # RM-146-7 would be a better match since the 6-Way connector allows you to also have that 12V charge function.

Do you already have a tow bar and brake kit?
