Question:
Does this come with different speed settings or just one speed?

Mike, the # PT37VR is a single-speed orbital polisher, so it’s simple and straightforward to use - pretty difficult to mess it up! It runs at 3,200 orbits per minute, which is a safe speed for both beginners and experienced detailers. If you’re planning heavy correction work on tough paint, a variable-speed unit might give more control, but for general compounding, polishing, and waxing, this one does the job well. I have a similar style product with 1 speed, and I've never thought to get variable speed since it does the job just fine.
What kind of vehicle are you planning to use it on? Do you want recommendations on product to use on it?
