Hey Jay, thanks for the picture! I don't have that exact axle but I have one that's the same length but the spring seats are a different spot. It's the Trailer Axle Beam with Easy Grease Spindles item # e45GR. This is a 86-1/2" long axle with a 5,200 lbs capacity.

You'll be able to use two of the Spring Seat for Typical 5,200-lb to 7,200-lb, Round Trailer Axles with 3" Diameter item # TRSS300 to move the mounting points on this axle to where they need to be at 68-1/2" to line up with your suspension.

What kind of trailer do you have and why are you needing to replace an axle?
