Hello Paul,
I went out and measured the bracket for the Pull Pin, Easy Swivel Trailer Jack with 8" Wheel - Sidewind - 1,500 lbs. by Dutton-Lainson # DL22800, and it looks like we have a winner. I attached the pictures; I got 4 1/2" x 5 1/2". I would like to mention that the wheel is not rubber; it is, however, made from a heavy-duty polypropylene, which is great for resisting flat spots and cold cracking.
We do have some Ark jacks like the ARK Extreme Off-Road Ratcheting Trailer Jack w/ Wheel # ORJW1SU that have rubber around the wheels, but the bracket does not line up. I attached an image of that as well.
What year is your Ranger? We just had to put a new motor on our 2004 Camanche… ouch!! BOAT = Bill Out Another Thousand, but you need to invest in the things that bring you happiness!

My boat is a 2015. Your diagram is showing 5 3/4" on the height. ( Looking for 5 1/2") I'm going to remove my jack so I can get a better measurement on my bracket. What size are the holes? I'm guessing that I could ream them out a little to make it fit. Thank you for your time and efforts Kate. If the holes are close to the right size I'll order one. Paul
