I need 2 electric roof vents with interior . One of the electric vents needs to have silent fan with rain sensor. Need 1 manual vent with interior . Need 2 Max Air vent covers for manual and bathroom vents. Need install kits, I already have self leveling caulking. Thanks Charlie

Hey Charlie, the MaxxFan Plus Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan, Thermostat, and Remote # MA00-04500K is what I recommend for a roof vent that is quiet and has a rain sensor like you are looking for.
Then for a manual lift roof vent the MaxxFan Roof Vent part # MA00A04301K would be a great option.
Then for covers for both you could use the part # MA00-955001 which was designed to be used with MaxxFans like what you have. For a vent install kit that doesn't have the leveling caulk then we have the part # CAM25013.
