Will these work if you have a block style rear suspension lift?

Hello Scott, thanks for reaching out. As long as your leaf springs are still OEM, yes, the Hellwig Pro Series Helper Springs # HE48XR will work with a block style rear suspension lift kit. I have a coworker here who actually has a block style lift kit on his tundra and has a very similar helper spring system installed and it works fine.
