Yes, the B&W Tow & Stow 2-Ball Mount # BWTS10033B can absolutely be flipped to the rise position, which will provide as much as a 3-1/2 inch rise.
This is a really nice ball mount that is compatible with 2 inch hitch receivers and features a stowable design that allows you to store the ball and mounting platform underneath the vehicle when not in use. It includes both a 2 inch and 2-5/16 inch hitch ball. With the 2 inch hitch ball it has a weight capacity of 7,500 pounds and with the 2-5/16 inch hitch ball it has a 10,000 pound weight capacity.
