Question:
I am looking for a tongue mount bike rack system for my pop up. I realize the clearance of the slide out bed can be a concern, so easily removed would be great. Also need to carry one e-bike that is 65 pounds. Any suggestions?

Hey Ryan. I have a solution but our highest capacity tongue mount bike racks like item # LGA47ZR or item # LGA55VR top out at 40 lbs per bike. The Stromberg Carlson Bike Bunk item # CC-275 only has a 100 lbs capacity and that includes the actual bike rack so it won't work either.
Instead, I recommend using the Gen-Y Adjustable 2-Ball Mount w/ Stacked Receivers - 2" Hitch item # 325-GH-315 and the Hollywood Racks RV Rider Bike Rack item # HLY64FR. The bike rack can be mounted in the top receiver on the Gen-Y ball mount in the rise position and your pop up camper's coupler will attach to the included hitch ball.
The Hollywood Racks RV Rider item # HLY64FR has an 80 lbs per bike capacity and works with tires up to 5" wide. The padded rotating clamps will secure any style of bike by the frame or the seat/handle bar posts.
What kind of bike do you have?

Jerred, I have the Lectric XP 3.0. I have always heard the stacked receivers actually reduce the total weight capacity of the receiver by as much as 50%. Is this true?
