We do offer a 4-pole wiring harness installation kit for your 2003 Buick LeSabre. You can use # C59496 which includes the powered converter module (that protects the wiring in your LeSabre from overload) as well as the required fuse, connectors and even a circuit tester to make it easier to find the correct wires on your vehicle - everything you need.
The module will install behind your driver-side tail light and most of the wiring connections will be made there; the green wire will be run over to the passenger-side tail light; and the +12V power wire will be run up along the frame to the engine compartment for connection through the supplied fuse to your battery. (A helpful article on this process is linked.) The included tester will allow you to verify the lighting function carried on each vehicle wire to enable you to match up to the correct wires on the harness.
