Question:
I have a 2026 Subaru Forester Wilderness. Talking to the Subaru dealer it takes a H771SSL200 Subaru wire harness. Is Curt or someone working on an after market harness?

Hi Steven; I believe there was a change in the wiring for the 2026 model that doesn't allow the previous custom wiring to cross over. I'm sure Curt is working on a new wiring harness but we don't have an ETA on when that might be available.
The only aftermarket option right now is the universal 4-way # C59496. This is a splice-in installation instead of a plug in, but will still give you a 4-way to power the lights on your trailer.
Do you already have a hitch and ball mount?

I do Robin. I'll have to wait for the plug and play or bite the bullet and buy the EOM. Thanks, Steve
