Recommended Hitch and Wiring Harness for a 2026 VW Tiguan?

Bonjour! Existe-t-il un filage électrique avec un hitch sur un Tiguan 2026. Le concessionnaire dit quils peuvent installer un hitch, mais quil nont pas trouvé la façon de faire pour le filage. Ils nont rien trouvé encore. Good morning! Is there electric wiring with a hitch on a 2026 Tiguan. The dealer says they can install a hitch, but haven't figured out how to do it for spinning. They haven't found anything yet.

Bonjour Dominic ! Le seul faisceau électrique disponible actuellement pour le VW Tiguan 2026 est le convertisseur de feux arrière alimentés Curt avec connecteur plat 4 broches pour remorque (réf. C59496). Il s'agit d'un faisceau universel qui devra être raccordé au câblage d'origine de votre VW.
Pour l'attelage, je recommande le modèle Curt réf. C99RJ. Cet attelage de classe III avec récepteur de 2 pouces est compatible avec le VW Tiguan 2026. Il offre une capacité de remorquage de 907 kg (2 000 lb) et une charge verticale maximale de 91 kg (200 lb).
À quoi comptez-vous utiliser votre nouvel attelage ?

Bonjour Dominic! The only wiring harness we currently have for the 2026 VW Tiguan is the Curt Powered Tail Light Converter w/ 4-Way Flat Trailer Connector item # C59496. This is a universal wiring harness that would need to be spliced into your VW's factory wiring.
For a hitch, I recommend the Curt item # C99RJ. This class III hitch with a 2" receiver has been confirmed to fit the 2026 VW Tiguan it has a 2,000 lbs towing capacity and a 200 lbs maximum tongue weight.
