Was there a Recall on the Lippert Smart Jack Electric Trailer Jack LC643589?

Question:

Hello there, I need help with my lippert lci smart jack. I have ground control 3.0 leveling system on my travel trailer and now the touch pad will not work. Was there a recall on this particular jack because of the possibility of it moving on its own because of moisture in the touch pad?. If so whats the replacement jack that will work with my auto leveling system

Hey Jason. There was a recall on the Lippert Smart Jack Electric Trailer Jack item # LC643589. You'll want to look on the back of the jack for a sticker on the stem with a serial number. If it is lower than SJWP2017-07-0001, then the jack was made prior to the recall and it will need to be replaced.

The Lippert Smart Jack Electric Trailer Jack w/ Footplate item # LC643589 is the upgraded replacement. What trailer do you have?
