Hello, I’m looking for some fat tire holders for my swagman S94FR. I found some on your site. But it says it fits G10, and espec. Is that what I have? I bought this rack for my truck or rv trailer when I move my bike. Thank you!

Hello, the link you provided here I must or messed something up. I placed the order and I’m just now opening the box tonight and these replacements are for small tires. Not fat tires. @JordanS Hey Jordan. I am looking into this. All of the literature on our site shows the Swagman # S94FR has 5" wheel trays. The Swagman site also confirms this. They also confirm parts G1020 and G1025 as the correct replacements and this is exactly what you ordered. For some reason the trays we have are not the 5" wide though. They are not old stock or anything so I admit I am a bit perplexed. I assure you we will take care of things. I reached out to my contact at Swagman to see if they can shed any light and to see how we can get you the 5" cradles like the ones advertised. I left a voicemail with Swagman and also sent an email. For now I will go ahead and have customer service get you a pre-paid shipping label so you can return the cradles you received at no charge. As soon as I hear back from Swagman I will reach out to you here and let you know what the next step is. Thanks for your patience!

@JordanS Hey Jordan. I just heard back from Swagman. I guess we had some inaccurate info on our site which is what let to this situation so first allow me to apologize for not recommending the correct part. Apparently Swagman makes two sets of replacement cradles for the E-Spec bike rack. One set for 3" tires and another for the 5" tires. The trays we carry are the 3". Swagman does make the larger 5" cradles, SKU # 11341, but sadly this is not a part we carry. It comes with comes with one regular fat tire wheel tray and one roll thru fat tire wheel tray. My contact at Swagman said if you reach out to them directly they can help you acquire them. I am going to update some of the literature on our website so this doesn't happen again. Please let me know if there is anything else I can do to help.
