Hi there, I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today we're gonna take a quick look at this Swagman replacement wheel holder and this is going to replace one lost or damaged right-hand side wheel holder for your Swagman G10 or E-Spec platform-style hitch mounted bike rack. If you do have any of the part numbers that you see on the screen there or model numbers, you can trust it is gonna be an exact replacement for you, so it's going to allow you to safely transport your bikes. Again, this does have a nice sturdy construction so it will be great for supporting your e-bikes and that sort of thing. You can see we do have the 1-3/16th inch by 1-3/16 inch opening there. That's going to allow this to slide over the horizontal arm on your bike rack and will adjust along the bar to accommodate different bicycle links.

I love the Swagman bike rack except for the tire cradles. The square piece that holds the round knob to tighten the tire cradles to the bike rack is made of plastic! Everything else on the bike rack is made is metal. So when you adjust the position of the tire cradles, and tighten them onto the rack frame, you will eventually crack the plastic part! They should have designed this part in metal not plastic. We replaced two tire cradles last year, and need to replace the other two as well. You cannot buy just the broken piece, you have to purchase the entire tire cradle. This part is very expensive!

These are great wheel cradles, all metal construction, not plastic like some others I had considered. Not having a Swagman rack, and needing them for 2 recumbent trikes, I mounted them on my Adarac crossbars. Needing them just above the tonneau cover I used the Adarac end corners for the vertical bracket. The 1-1/4" aluminum thick wall tubes mounted 90°to the crossbars needed upper and lower mounting bolts for stability. I am very happy with the product.

Purchased replacement wheel holder for our Swagman G10 Bike rack. We couldn't be happier . Everything came together in one box and assembly was easy as pie ...took our Cannondale bikes out the same day for a 2 ride. Great customer service! We will definitely keep them on our speed dial.

I do want to let you know that I was extremely satisfied with my experience with Etrailer, which exceeded expectations in every way. Even the part where the order was initially rejected because of a blip about the credit card information, to me that was an indication that client security and privacy is taken very seriously.

When I did call the place the order again, you acted in a most courteous, helpful and efficient manner to resolve the issue and reactivate the order. And the follow-up email was a considerate gesture as well.

In terms of delivery, suffice it to say that the product arrived 10 days BEFORE the promised date. Cool.

As for the product, well it's just fabulous. The replacement parts actually look better and seem to be built stronger than the original parts. And they fit perfectly. It took me all of 8 minutes to perform the installation.

Anything else? Oh yes, the personalized email asking me to review the experience. That was just the perfect final touch.

These fit my Swagman Current Bike Rack but have a little front back wobble to them; I’ll have to test them out to see how they do. One of my original tire holders from Swagman was stolen, so I contacted Swagman for a replacement and found out they were out of stock. Swagman alleged they would have them back in stock by December 2021… then they didn’t… don’t hold your breath on Swagman original replacements. If you need one in the meantime, these will do and at a better price.

We were looking for a bike rack that we could mount to the back of our travel trailer and support the weight of our two e-bikes. The G10 has proven to withstand all the jarring and vibration of road travel, and even though I improperly installed the wheel holders, we traveled several hundred miles before my error finally cost us one of the bikes. My judgement is the G10 is sturdy enough to do the job if it is properly installed. My bad.

This product came as ordered. Company kept me updated as to receipt of order and shipping. Shipping was quick and package arrived in good order. My only con was the price of this item. I thought it should have been less costly as compared to the total cost of the complete bike rack.

I bought this to replace a part off my Thule bike rack that fell of and not only does this fit nicely it is much stouter than the original which is great hauling heavier E-bikes. Very happy, Fast shipping good service.

This review is both for the part and the customer service that went along with the order. The part is just what we needed for our discontinued.Swagman G2 bike carrier. It is slightly different from the original in that a right and left carrier are specified and the original was universal. It was easy to install, fits perfectly, and is much appreciated. The customer service needs to be lauded also. The customer service rep we dealt with went above and beyond to make sure we got what we needed. Etrailer is definitely a company I would recommend.

This came up as a match for the Bell RightUp 350 but they don’t tighten down on the metal securely (too big)- I’ll figure out a way to rig them though

This wheel holder is intended to be used with the Swagman G10 platform-style, hitch-mounted bike rack. It has not been tested to fit other brank of bike racks.

Based on your photo you provided, it looks like you have your current wheel holders installed backwards. The 'high' side of each holder should angle up towards the center mast of the bike rack, while yours appear to be the opposite. On each cradle, the adjuster knob should face away from the vehicle. Based on this, the passenger side holder on the rail closest to the vehicle should be swapped to the driver's side of the rail, and the missing wheel holder would be the passenger side, or...

I reached out to Swagman, who told me that the Replacement Wheel Tray # SQ1010 fits a cross tube that is 60 mm x 60 mm, or very close to 2-3/8" x 2-3/8". The Replacement Wheel Tray # SQ1011 has the same dimensions; both are replacements for the Swagman Quad 2+2 S64692. The Replacement Wheel Holder # G1025 is 1-1/4" x 1-1/4" as you mentioned.
