Hey Ralph. We have a large network of installers that I would be happy to get you connected to. If you go to the product page of the Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit item # RM-523196-5 you were looking at and scroll down below the pics on the left side you'll see a box that says, Locate installers near me. Go ahead and click on it and it will take you to a page where you'll be able to enter your zip code. Once you do this you'll be connected to our network of reputable installers in your area.
Here are the parts you will need to flat tow your 2019 Buick Envision:
Tow Bar and Safety Chains - Roadmaster Falcon 2 Tow Bar item # RM-520 and item # RM-643
Base Plate Kit - Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit - Removable Arms item # RM-523196-5
Wiring Harness - Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit item # RM-15267
Supplemental Braking System - SMI Stay-IN-Play DUO Supplemental Braking System item # SM99251 or item # SM99243 if your motorhome has air brakes
High Low Adapter - The tow bar needs to be within 3" of level. If you measure the height of the inside top of the hitch receiver tube on your RV, and the height difference is more than 3 inches above/below the base plate tab height, you'll need a high/low adapter. I have linked a FAQ article that explains all this in more detail along with our selection of adapters.
If you have any additional questions, go ahead and click on the box below that says Reply to Jerred H and I'll be happy to answer them.
