Question:
I am looking for replacement boat tires and found AM30861. Do you have a part number for just the tire and not tire and rim? I am replacing a 80psi tire with a 105psi and was wondering if a different valve stem needs to be used due to the tire pressure. Can you confirm if the valve stems have pressure ratings? If so, do you sell ones rated for 105 psi and what is the part number. thanks

Hey Bill! The tire that comes with the # AM30861 is the Kenda K353 Bias Trailer Tire - 5.30-12 - Load Range D # AM10068. Valve stems do have pressure ratings but I don't have a way of knowing what your current valve stem can handle.
105 psi is on the high side so I'm glad you recognized this, and I do recommend swapping them to be safe. You can replace what you have now with the Americana Metal, Bolt-In Valve Stem # AM20906 which can handle up to 200 psi. If you need anything else feel free to reply below.

Hello Robin, I received the tires and had a question regarding the max psi. The tires say 105 psi max. Should I fill them to 105 psi or should I fill them to 100 psi (when they are cold) so they don't exceed 105 when they get hot. Our drive is 10 hours to the tires have plenty of time to warm up. thanks, Bill
