Question:
Is the Part Number: MR34AR the correct equalizer to replace my Dexter 13-142? What is the wet bolt and shackle kit number that I would need?

Hey Brent. The Dexter Equalizers item # K13-142-02 can definitely be replaced with the MORryde 14-3/4" Shock Absorbing Equalizers for Tandem Axle Trailers item # MR34AR. They are the exact same length at 14-3/4". The MORryde item # MR34AR will be slightly taller, but would only lift your trailer maybe 1/2" or so.
As far as replacement shackle straps and wet bolts go. You will want to check the length of your shackle straps to find the correct upgrade kit. These are measured similarly to the equalizer from bolt hole center to bolt hole center. You'll want to go with whichever option below is the closest to yours.
2-1/4" Long Shackle Straps item # MR46ZR
3-1/8" Long Shackle Straps item # MR76ZR
