When choosing a kit like this it is important to choose one that closely matches the size of your current equalizer. It is also possible to use the wheelbase, but since yours is 37" you need to use the equalizer measurements to find the best fit.
The # MR27ZR measures 8" between the horizontal mounting holes, and 3-5/16" between the center of the horizontal mount holes and the vertical mounting hole. If this equalizer sizing matches your current equalizers then the MORryde would be a great choice. If you measure your current equalizers and find that they are totally different from the MORryde please let me know and I will help you find the best option.
I would also recommend the MORryde Suspension Upgrade Kit for Tandem Axle Trailers. The correct kit will depend on the length of your current shackles which is the center of hole to center of hole measurement. For 2-1/4" shackles you need the # MR46ZR and for 3-1/8" long shackles you need the # MR76ZR.
