How do I order it pre-torqued for the 3/4 inch rise?

Hey Tom, I wish we had a way to do that but we don't have an option to order the Draw Tite ball mount # DT49MR pre-torqued in the rise position but we do have some similar options:
etrailer ball mount part # e38NR with a rise of 2-3/4inches
Curt # C45155 rise of 2-1/4 inch
Curt # C45152 rise of 2 inch
