Hello Ed,

Decided to make the swap to disc brakes, always a great idea.

The # HSE7K-T1 is for 7,000 pound axles, so that is not going to work because the outer bearing will not match up to your spindle.

The issue I am running into is that you chose the brake set for a 8 on 6 1/2" bolt pattern, most 6K axles have a 6 on 5 1/2" bolt pattern. I have the Hydrastar Disc Brake Kit w/ Actuator for Tandem Axle Trailers - 12" Rotor # HYD44VR which will be the right bearings, but is a 6 on 5 1/2" bolt pattern.

Can you please send me the pictures of the axle tag, and your wheel? You can respond to the email that is sent with the pictures and they will go straight to my inbox. I look forward to hearing back from you.
