Hey Guy,

While I can't answer that directly as I don't know what axles you have, I can tell you how to figure out if the right kit for you is the DeeMaxx Disc Brake Kit w/ Actuator for Tandem Axle Trailers # DE66AR.

What it comes down to is knowing the bearing numbers; you will need to take apart your current hub assembly and look at the bearings themselves; wipe away the grease and you should be able to see the part number stamped directly on them. If you are unable to find them, you need to use a digital caliper and measure your spindle where the bearings ride like in the diagram below.

If your inner bearing is # 25580 (1.750" inner diameter) and your outer bearing is # 14125A (1.250" inner diameter) you can use the DeeMaxx Disc Brake Kit # DE66AR.

@Guy Thanks for that info, and what you can use for those bearings is the Hydrastar Disc Brake Kit w/ Actuator for Tandem Axle Trailers # HYD44VR. This uses bearings 25580 and 15123, but 15123 has the same 1.250" inner diameter as LM67048, which is why it can be used for your trailer. This comes with the brakes as well as EOH actuator and lines, just like the DeeMaxx you originally asked about.
