What does this hitch measure end to end horizontally?

Hey John, do you mean from left to right what is the dimension? Or front to back? The Curt hitch part # C15445 is designed to fit a 34 inch wide frame which is the size of cab and chassis trucks. The standard truck frame width is 37 inches.
I believe you have a 2023 Ford F-550 Cab and Chassis which this hitch is a confirmed fit for.
