No, it will not. Sorry Randy I have an alternative for you but the Hellwig Adjustable Rear Anti-Sway Bar item # HE86GR occupies the same real estate on the axle as the brackets for both the Firestone and Air Lift Kit's that fit your 2018 GMC Sierra 2500.
Instead, you'll want to use the Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar item # RM-1109-169. These brackets mount farther down and face the opposite direction. They've also been confirmed to fit with both brands of air springs and there are no compatibility issues with your Curt 5th wheel hitch.
