Question:
I am trying to decide between the firestone 7500lbs and the air lift 7500lbs bags. I also have a BandW turnover ball. What do you recommend between the two and why?

Helpful Expert Reply:
For your 2015 GMC Sierra 3500 Denali DRW 4x4, I recommend using the Firestone Ride-Rite Red Label Extreme Duty Air Helper Springs part # F2709 over the Air Lift LoadLifter 7500 XL Air Helper Springs part # AL57538 for two reasons. The first reason is that the Air Lift kit requires drilling into the frame (minimal) whereas the Firestone kit is completely drill free. The second reason is in regards to the construction of the airbags. The Firestone airbags use a crimp rolled design which is much more durable than the band clamp used with the Air Lift counter part. I have attached a photo of the crimp roll for you. They are both compatible with your B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch.
