The Hellwig Big Wig Rear Anti-Sway Bar # HE32RR (7265) is for a 2008 Dodge Ram Pickup that has a diesel engine, while the Anti-Sway Bar # HE92RR (7266) is for a 2008 Dodge Ram Pickup that has a 4" axle tube.

Just make sure you pick up the one that matches your truck's specs and you'll be good to go!
