Hey Fred,
The standard etrailer Trailer Hitch Pin and Clip # e45TR will work great for your Flint Hill Goods Tow Strap Loop # FHG42VR. It doesn't have a listed weight rating, but that's the same for any standard hitch pin and clip. As long as the pin fits with the accessory (which is does in this case), it will be able to handle the weight capacity of the part you're using.
