Question:
My vehicle is a 2019 Ford F350 King Ranch Long Bed 4x4. I am looking to purchase the following to tow it behind my motorhome and wanting verification that the base plates and the tow bar go together and that the Brake Buddy will also fit the truck. DM68FR, DM9511013 and HM39494. Thank you for your time with this and for having these products.

Hello Dru, thanks for reaching out. It looks like you are on the right track here, because the Demco Classic Base Plate Kit # DM68FR is the correct fit for your 2019 Ford F-350 King Ranch 4x4. The Demco Excali-Bar III Non-Binding Tow Bar # DM9511013 will go together great with the # DM68FR base plate.
Then for the brake system the Brake Buddy Classic 3 # HM39494 is a solid choice that is also compatible with your F350. just keep in mind, the # RM-88400 relay is required to prevent the towed vehicle's brake signal from overriding the turn signal from the RV when applying the brakes during a turn.
For your brake light wiring I recommend the Roadmaster # RM-15267 if you have LED tail lights or the # RM-152-LED-7 if your have non-LED tail lights.
I also recommend you get a cover for the tow bar, the Demco Tow Bar Cover # DM9523042. If you plan to stow the tow bar on your RV, also get the locking hitch pin # e98881.
You may also need a drop hitch like part # BLU28XR to compensate for any height differences between the base plate arms and the hitch on your RV. Any height difference of more than 3" requires a drop hitch. Keep in mind the Demco tow bar has 2" or rise or drop built into the shank.
You will find links to the instructions, as well as a few install videos for the parts I mentioned below. Let me know if there is anything else I can do to help.

Hey Dru, how did everything come together with the Demco tow bar and base plate on your F-350? Did the Brake Buddy system work smoothly once you added the relay kit? Your update could make it easier for others setting up a similar flat tow setup.
