Question:

I looking to instal a brak controller on my 2022 Tiffin Allergo Bus. Im aware on older models that the location of the wires are the left of the steering column with labels. How ever on my coach there is four wires hanging down that are in a recital plug, with no label. I have added a phot to help show and hopefully identify. Im looking to add the Prodigy 3 controller. Any and all helps is much appreciated.

Your brake controller wiring bundle on your 2022 Tiffin Allegro Bus SHOULD be actually behind the panel to the left of where your left foot would be when driving. I did some digging online and that's where it should be on your motorhome. I was not able to find anything that confirms the connectors you found to be for brake controller wiring but it could be. You would need to verify that with a tester like the part # PTW2992.

One of the wires should have 12 volts all the time, one should have it only when brakes are applied, one should be a ground, and other should run back to 7-way. It actually looks like the connector has a female connector attach to it that you could run wires from the brake controller to.
