Troubleshooting Low Voltage on Curt T-Connector Wiring for a 2022 Honda CR-V

Question:

i just installed the 56370 i bought a while back on my 2022 CRV and it only outputs 2 volts on the TM output so they dont work. the brakes and directionals put out full 13v. Whats up with that?

Hey Peter,

I think your problem is with the black module box that comes on the Curt T-Connector # C56370. If you take a circuit tester and check the brown wire going into the box it will tell us if it's your CR-V or the box. If the voltage is fine before the box but then is lowered after the box then the box is the problem and I actually recommend replacing your wiring with the Tekonsha T-One # 118741 because it has a better module box.
