Hi. The Tekonsha Item # 118741 and the Curt Item # C56370 show videos to install to a 2017 Honda CRV but the videos show a pretty different process to expose the connector. Which is right?

Either one is correct. If you try the method shown in the video for # 118741 but have a hard time reaching in there to get to the connector then go with the method shown in the video for # C56370. I have linked both videos for you as well as the instructions for each harness for your 2018 Honda CR-V.
