The installation instructions for the Honda Hands-Free Sensor Relocation Kit part 08U59-TLA-100A will come with the kit but as we do not offer this kit, I would not have those instructions for you. That said, the above kit is not always required therefore I recommend you install the trailer hitch and then try out the sensors. Most likely, there will be a sweet spot a few inches to the left or right of the receiver tube opening but if this is not the case or you don't have the functionality that you are looking for then you can obtain the Honda Hands-Free Sensor Relocation Kit part 08U59-TLA-100A from Honda.
For a trailer hitch, I recommend the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 76128 because of the higher weight capacity and included trailer connector bracket for towing. If you will be towing then you are going to need a trailer wiring harness, the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness part # 118741 and a ball mount/hitch ball, the Ball Mount Kit part # 989900.

I can confirm that the hands-free kick works on my Honda CR-V 2019 Touring AWD model after installing this Draw-Tite PN 76128 hitch. And while the Honda sensor relocation part was inexpensive, it did not come with instructions from the seller I used. The instructions I did find online show that new sensor installation would be absolutely heinous. You need to rip apart practically the entire insides of the back end. https://www.collegehillshonda.com/instructions/crv/2019/handsfreesensor.pdf
