Gerald, it sounds like you're looking for a Draw-Tite hitch for your 2023 Chevy Trailblazer. If this is the case, then you can use the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # DT55GR.
This hitch has a max weight capacity of 3,500 lbs, a max tongue weight of 525 lbs, and has an easy bolt on install using the included hardware.
If you plan on towing with your Trailblazer, you're also going to need a ball mount # DT49MR and wiring harness like the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # TK39FR which will add lights to your trailer.
