Hello Chris, thanks for reaching out. We do have some leaf springs that may work on your 2015 Forest River XLR Hyper Lite Toy Hauler. There are a few things I want to confirm first though.
First, I will need to know the weight capacity of each axle. There should be a tag on the axle tube that shows the capacity. This way we can make sure you get an appropriately rated spring for your axle.
Also, did you measure the springs with the trailer on the ground, or did you jack up one side and measure the unloaded spring? Springs need to be measured unloaded or you may get a bit of a false measurement if the springs are flexed. I only mention this because 28" is not a common size for a leaf spring.
If you can verify that info and get back to me I am happy to look into it and see if we have anything for you.

Hey Chris, were you able to check the axle weight rating and remeasure the leaf springs on your toy hauler while unloaded? Once you had those details, did you find a spring that matched up correctly? Your update could make it easier for others trying to replace their trailer springs.
