Question:
I have a 2015 Forest River XLR Hyperlite 29hfs. After a recent shaklebolt failure recall issue and now a broken leaf spring, I am looking to upgrade the entire suspension system. Trying to find options and a starting point. What would be a good replacement? Is there a kit available? Thanks

It looks like you've been having quite the experience lately with your 2015 Forest River XLR Hyperlite 29HFS. There is no kit available but I can help you find the parts you need. The first thing you will want to do is replace the broken spring. I can see on the corner of your axle tag there that you have 4,400 lb axles. You will need a replacement leaf spring with the same or slightly higher capacity.
To find the best replacement you need to measure one of your other leaf springs that isn't broken. Specifically the spring eye to spring eye measurement. I have attached a helpful article below which shows how to measure. Once you have this, you can find a replacement. For example, if you need a 26" leaf spring you can use the # e27SR. You always want to replace them in pairs, but in this case you might want to go ahead and change all four to avoid anymore issues.
I also see you were looking at the MORryde Rubber Equalizers # MR87ZR. An upgraded equalizer is always a great option and will help absorb some of that road shock and smooth out your ride. Based on what we have found in the past it looks like this will fit your trailer. However, it wouldn't hurt to match it up to your wheelbase to see if it fits the 33" requirement.
I'm not sure what the other side of your trailer looks like, but this probably isn't easy right now with the busted spring. If the other side isn't too far off go ahead and measure the wheelbase. The other option is to measure the distance between outer shackle bolt holes and compare it. This has a 6-1/2" measurement. If it is the same or close it will work for you.
In addition to the equalizer I recommend adding the MORryde Suspension Upgrade Kit for Tandem Axle Trailers # MR46ZR. This comes with 1/2" thick 2-1/4" shackles, wet bolts, and bronze bushings. These heavy duty components will outlast your standard parts so you won't have to worry about them easily failing.
If you want to take things a step further, you can also add the SumoSprings Trailer Helper Springs # TSS-106-40. These will provide you with additional support and reduce the load on your leaf spring assembly. Doing so will help extend the life of the leaf springs and keep them from breaking like you recently experienced. These will nicely compliment the upgraded equalizer further smoothing out your ride. They will also help compensate for off-center loads like heavy kitchens or slide outs.
I have attached some installation videos below for your reference.
