Hello Peter, thanks for reaching out. The Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Receiver # DT76PR weighs 36 lbs.
Sadly we do not have any videos of this hitch being installed. I do have a video of the Curt # C25VR being installed which is also for the 2024 Subaru Ascent and has a very similar mounting style. You will find the video linked below. I have also linked the instruction for the Draw-Tite # DT76PR for you below. Hopefully those two resources will give you a pretty good idea of the installation process. Feel free to reach out if you have any other questions.
