This was listed as an "easy" install. This was NOT going to be an easy hitch to install - would have required removal of heat shields and dropping exhaust system down from the car to install. This would have also removed 3 inches of clearance from my car. In the end I returned this item for a different model.
Great product, very well built, heavier than expected, easy installation, ship time was fantastic, could improve on the packaging, but everything needed arrived.
Product quality was excellent. Fit was good after frame modification. This is a difficult 2 person installation from under the rear of the vehicle.
This hitch is perfect for our newer Ascent. Very easy to install, fits perfectly and hides under a panel when not in use. I made an error in ordering; Josh was great to work with for the return and immediately sent the correct unit. So happy we purchased through etrailer.com.

The trailer hitch has remained solid. I primarily use it for a step for my dogs to use to get into their crates in the back end. The installation also went well and was fast
This trailer hitch is very well made. Absolutely a home run in quality. Also, your installation video is outstanding. The only recommendation I would make on the video is to make mention you might have to undo the muffler hanger on one side for the trailer hitch to move into place. The spring wires provided for the bolts to pull through the holes is a game changer. Well done. Overall, I have nothing but praise for this hitch.
This receiver is great and wasn't very difficult to install. Instructions and video made this a piece of cake!
My Son in law installed the hitch. It took quite some time to put on. He had to remove it and start over. All and all it is heavy duty, well made and good to look at. My mobility scooter loaded easy and the test drive went great! Thank you E trailer !
